The backup vocals from Forest of Dreams were remixed into a track called Possible, a spoken
word piece set to music. The track was chosen as a CCMixter Editorial pick, which means that it is visible
on the sidebar of CCMixter.org. It’s a very creative use of my voice–I love being part of spoken word songs.
Dream of Flight’s backup vocals were used in a female spoken word track called Earth Song.

Wow! It has been a while . . . Here is a new cover song of “I Am Stretched Upon Your Grave”, an Irish folk song that Sinead O’Connor made famous as an acappella in her album I Do Not Want What I Haven’t Got. Check it out on my Remix Page.

I’ve been in a writing mood–I was inspired to write a few thousand words of the upcoming free audio novel the Dream of Flight this week.
This week has been BITTERLY COLD for my area (maybe yours too?) so it has been an ideal time to sit at one’s computer writing a novel!!
This week, I took my main character, American-born Quin, and moved her to the International School, a haunted boarding school in Japan where kids often disappear. She’s scared and alone and falling in love with Omi Yamamoto. She gets to the school and has a horrifying experience where she slips into a parallel dimension/universe. Who’s this boy, Omi? He’s a halvsie like Quin is, the difference being that he knows Japanese and she doesn’t.
I’m very excited for everyone to “meet” these new characters, so I’m planning on putting up a preview at the FF World forums later this week. I think you are going to love this new story.
